Nancy Marie (O’Sullivan) Tally 71, passed away on November 11, 2018 at Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Center in Gardner, KS surrounded by family and friends. Nancy had been a nurse at Meadowbrook for nearly thirteen years, where she gained co-workers that became family, which signified her desire to return spending her final days to be surrounded by exceptional love and care. Nancy spent the majority of her life anticipating her next adventure, as she spent a great time traveling and following the free-spirit within her. Nancy had a feisty personality and a contagious laugh that lit up every room, casting smiles all around her. Nancy loved to tell stories of her travels including Hawaii which was her most favorite destination on earth, and sharing her great passions for multiple causes that were dear to her heart. Nancy's greatest life adventure was having her daughter, Kim. Nancy’s love for her daughter was felt by all and she was
eternally grateful their paths crossed allowing them to spend the last couple of years together loving and laughing with each other. The family has great memories of her, too many to note but a couple included the traditional family poker games and her incredible massages that were requested by many, as one of her life adventures had included her being a massage therapist. Nancy was preceded in death by her mother & step father, Laura Margaret & Eddie Atkins, her father Jack O’Sullivan, her sister Diane (O’Sullivan) Flores. Nancy is survived by her daughter Kim Zillner, brother Tim (Kristi) Atkins, brother in law Jack (Diane) Flores, one niece Jamie Derleth, three nephews Mike (Theresa) McClafferty, Sean Atkins, Brady Atkins, three great nephews Cody (Lindsey) McClafferty, Alex McClafferty, Jackson Hocker, two great nieces Miranda (Matt) Tamburello, Katie McClafferty and two great great nieces Jaidyn & Stella Tamburello, and many more family and friends. A celebration of life will be held December 2, from 2-6 pm at Austin’s Bar & Grill, 245 N Moonlight Rd Gardner, KS 66030
