Timothy “Timmy” Lee Holloman, passed away on Monday April 15th at 3:45 am at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission at the age of 57 years, 4 months and 4 days. Tim was born on December 11, 1961 to William A. Holloman and Margaret A. (Talkington) Holloman in EI Dorado, KS. He le lived most of his life in EI Dorado.

Gospel Church, and later First Baptist Church. While in EI Dorado he worked at Terra Mara, and then at Creative Community Living. He moved to the Michigan Valley, KS area in November 2011 to live with his mother at his brother, David's home. Tim loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed shopping for the people he loved, and his absolute favorite thing, talking. Tim knew no stranger. If you took him to shop, he always knew at least one or two people in the store. They always took the time
to stop and talk to him.

Christmas was his favorite time of the year, and he would ask his family what they wanted for Christmas starting early in the year. Tim was a member and attended Michigan Valley Community Church. He loved his church family and said hello to everybody and shook their hand. He was active at COF Training Services in Ottawa where he has many friends. He worked at Thriftopia and loved to shop there too.

If you met Tim he was likely to ask you if you would like a potholder. He loved to make potholders for people. It might take him a while to make it but he loved to give. He liked to put jigsaw puzzles together, watch Walker Texas Ranger and Hee Haw, eat out, talking on the phone to Vickie, talking on the phone to anyone, take a car ride, flying in an airplane, coloring, bowling and shopping. He loved to work with wood. He liked to look at books about the subject. He liked the library and art class. He had 21 pieces of artwork featured at the Carnegie Cultural Center in Ottawa 2 years ago. He always looked forward to going to Texas to visit his sister, Vickie, and her family there. Tim loved the Lord and is no longer a prisoner of his restrictive body. As someone put it, he is doing a happy dance with the angels.
