Patricia Ann Bogart 72, of Leawood Kansas passed away February 27, 2022. She was born November 18th, 1949 in Ypsilanti, Michigan and the daughter of the late Kenneth and Geraldine Bowers. She was happily united in marriage to the late John Bogart, Jr. on January 24th, 1969 at the courthouse in Kansas City, Kansas and to this beautiful marriage two daughters and a son were born.

Pat graduated from Wyandotte Highschool in 1967. Pat started her career with Southwestern Bell as a telephone operator and worked her way up enjoying a long, wonderful career at AT&T and IBM with various Manager and Senior Project Manager positions. Pat was forever active in her children and grandchildren's lives. She headed up various committees throughout her children's school and activities - from dance teams to sports teams. She and John enjoyed being in bowling leagues, having parties with friends and traveling. Pat and John had an incredible love story adoring each other throughout all the ups and downs of life. Pat loved her family more than anything and always gave unconditional love to everyone around her. Some of her favorite time spent was cheering on and supporting her grandchildren in all of their adventures - softball, baseball, gymnastic meets and so much more! She was adored by all who knew her and will be forever missed.

She is survived by two daughters, and one son: Shawn Bargen (Greg) of Moscow Mills, MO, David Bogart (Genia) of West Des Moines, IA, and Shannon Mayhugh (Dwight) of Overland Park, KS; three brothers: Robert Bowers (Tina), Thomas Bowers, Bradley Bowers, and two sisters: Kathleen Zouk (Chip), and Brenda Wright (Holland); grandchildren: Alexander Bargen, Austin Bargen, Dylan Bogart, Sydney Bogart, Faith Mayhugh, Sophie Mayhugh, and Annabel Bogart; nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father and two brothers, Brian and Barry Bowers.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, March 9th from 4-7pm at The Venue in Leawood, located at 4800 West 135th Street, Leawood, KS 66224.
