Kou Xiong was born in Phajnabnikhoo, Thailand on October 7, 1990. His family sought asylum in America shortly after he was born. He grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, and lived here all his life. He was a loving son to Nhia Tou Xiong and Xai Her. A beloved brother to Meng, Pao, and Cheng Xiong. An awesome, playful uncle who loved his niece Sunshine & nephews Zaylon and Emris with all his heart. He was full of laughter when he was around them, loved to joke and play with them.

Kou was a strong and brave person who loved to try new things. He enjoyed traveling and being embraced by many friends near and far. He is an outdoors person especially fishing and a hunting partner with his dad. He enjoyed raising chickens and working on cars. He makes good use of his handyman skills by helping his dad with car repairs. He was a compassionate and light hearted person, was a good son, brother, and uncle who cared for his family. He made time with friends and family and was there to help out when they needed him.

We will treasure his welcoming smile, his gentle voice, and his touches of laughter. He will always be in our hearts. Our beloved brother, we're going to miss you a lot. May you Rest In Peace until we meet again.
